Monitoring
From prestine new builds to waste management facilities, IAQ Consultants have unique experience of a diverse range of monitoring indoor air quality and for numerous pollutants.
This has included:
- Monitoring for workplace exposure
- Monitoring for compliance with voluntary accreditation schemes (such as BREEAM, WELL, etc.)
- Monitoring for multiple research projects
- Monitoring for investigative health concerns
- Monitoring for peace of mind.

Monitoring indoor air quality often requires the use of unobtrusive equipment to ensure it does not get in the way or change people’s behaviour. Relatively low cost small sensors have been widely deployed to measure indoor air quality and related parameters. They have the advantage of the data being readily downloaded remotely. These sensors must be carefully located as the data may be affected by interferences from other pollutants and may have differing responses to mixtures of gases. IAQ Consultants can recommend the best solution for your monitoring requirements depending on its purpose.

“I just wanted to email you to say how impressed I was with the quality of your assessment. I thought it was an extremely thorough report, well-illustrated and written in an articulate manner. Given the subjectivity associated with the assessment of odour, I thought the methodology and assessment was very credible. We greatly appreciate the time and input that went into preparing the report”
